I went to Nekter on the morning of February 14 with my family, and we had a really nice experience. The two girls working that morning were both very kind and patient. Since it’s a kiosk and they were clearly very busy, I struggled a little at first with ordering, but as soon as I asked for help, they both took the time to explain everything and made it really easy for me.
The dragon fruit bowl was delicious — super fresh and flavorful! Even with how busy it was, the service was great and the staff made the experience really pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💕
I’m impressed with the items, but the service is completely impersonal. I even told the staff I was new and she said that I can just place my order on their kiosk and smiled and walked away. Had to call out to them to ask you find the item. Neat place but self serve and order pad with no additional interaction makes the experience feel too impersonal and like they don’t care. Kinda weird for a new place and concept trying to get started. Great place for introverts.

I made an online order for pickup Instore and purchased the açaí bowl which was the dragon fruit bowl and as soon as I picked it up I noticed the texture of the bowl was very watery and I just couldn’t eat it anymore. I lost my appetite because I literally felt like I was eating fruit out of a bowl with juice in it. I feel like they didn’t blend it right because the texture was very watery and açai was supposed to be creamy.

I like nekter and the products. Everything is fresh and good quality. What’s too bad though is that every experience with workers I meet is disappointing. Never a smile, not even a goodbye. And plus, each time I order online and I ask for a spoon, I never get it.
