This place is very good but it’s sad when business care more about profit then good customer service. It took 30 mins to get a smoothie because they only have one person working. Will definitely not be coming back here if they can’t properly staff their locations.

So, here we go. After a few decades of existing on this planet, I am compelled to leave my first bad review. This was my first visit and I ordered a "PBBJ" at this establishment. I did not realize that there were two items with the exact name (a bowl and a smoothie). I wanted the smoothie but was brought a bowl. I understand that I have to take responsibility for not clarifying (my mistake for not having the menu memorized). However, isn't it standard order-taking etiquette to ask clarifying questions? We only have that on bottle, is that okay? We only carry Pepsi, is that ok? This contains peanuts, is that okay? Seems like standard practice. By the way, this isn't even what the problem is. The problem was how indifferent the employee was towards the situation. Zero empathy, zero customer service, and zero solutions offered. Just a shrug. I would've gladly split the cost on the next one, if they would've offered a solution. I tipped on the order too which makes it even more maddening (my mistake, I know). By the way, I didn't take the bowl. So I paid 26.00 for two items but left with one. The last three bad reviews before mine all mention the poor attitude from the staff. I don't know what's worse. The fact that they might have three bad apples working there or that it might be the same employee doing all this. It's very unfortunate because the owner was amazing. He was friendly, personable, and welcoming. But why isn't his staff held to the same high standard? He mentioned going to a convention to promote his business only to have his staff undo his hard work. This isn't the IRS. This isn't the DMV. Do better.

Highly recommend smoothies are all delicious they are very patient and kind such a cute little hang out spot and the protein waffles were super super yummy!!

We ordered two smoothies and both of them were runny. It honestly felt more like a juice than a smoothie.

Tried Nekter Juice Bar on North Zaragoza and it hit the spot. Smoothies were fresh, not overly sweet, and actually filling. Staff was friendly and the service was quick. Easy go-to if you are on the East Side.

Staff friendliness could be so much better. Love your products (bowls, shots, smoothies), but staff is not always friendly.

Smoothies are great,

Employee handed me 4 drinks no drink carrier and all drinks were dripping from the sides had to ask for a napkin. Employee was handling cashier with gloves then returning to make smoothies with the same gloves on

Delicious smoothies!

The PB and J is absolutely phenomenal and the best smoothie I’ve tasted in a super long time
