I love this place but I placed a online order a hour ago and my husbands been waiting over 45 mins inside alone for our drinks while we all wait in the car (me and the kids) post invasive surgery. I’ve never waited so long and this was supposed to be ready upon pickup and he’s been waiting FORTY FIVE mins, this is wild. They should’ve offered our money back.

Everything is fine as far as customer service. The only issue is the price. I only got the smoothie because of a discount. I would not have stopped by if it was regularly priced.

Shakes are never made the same! Only certain employees make them the way they should. Sometimes tastes like they’re missing ingredients or too much of one. The consistency isn’t always the same. I love the smoothies here but the inconsistency is making me question whether to keep buying here or not. Almost feels like I’m throwing my money away and constantly having to complain doesn’t make a customer feel any better.
