Nekter is usually my favorite place, however, after my visit today that has changed. I ordered a bowl with no agave on top and had picked up a bowl that had a beige colored topping. This is something I have never received. I was in a rush so was unable to do anything about it. Due to this topping I was unable to eat my bowl as well.

Employees need training on making bowls. My acai bowl was very watery again. I think they are overwhelmed in the early mornings.

I ordered ahead on the app and received my items 15 minutes after the specified time. One of my bowls was made like 10 minutes before the other one and by the time I received the second one, the first one was already soupy. I understand it was probably a bad day or bad moment of the day, but I was still sad I didn’t get the great food and service I usually get.
