Ordered ahead and it was not ready when I arrived. Not only was it not ready the employee said she never received the order then looked in the system and found it. No apology, made it seem like it was my fault she didn’t see it.

Nekter is usually my favorite place, however, after my visit today that has changed. I ordered a bowl with no agave on top and had picked up a bowl that had a beige colored topping. This is something I have never received. I was in a rush so was unable to do anything about it. Due to this topping I was unable to eat my bowl as well.
