Always an amazing experience. I order the same thing almost every time , but this time my protein bowl didn’t taste the same as usual, I think they put the peanut butter wrong and forgot to put agave :( when I ordered extra agave :(
Other than that is always a great experience. My kids love this place too

Today I ordered the açaí banana berry bowl. It’s great, tasty but not too sugary. Customer service wasn’t good at all. I was given my bowl with the lid not properly put in place. Not only that but the server didn’t give a paper bag to me but he did to the customers to next to me. I politely asked him for a bag and he did give me one but with an attitude. Those are the little details that leave zero desire to come back.

Great, except your point system is confusing. Look at dunkins point system for clarity and ease.

I am a regular customer and often pllace my order online as I am pressed for time. Some times they have it ready right away, other times depending on who is working, they hang out in the back and do not see the order print out until they come to the front to greet you which is what happened this time. On another note, please bring back the pumpkin pie smoothie. I look forward to it every year and was disappointed that you switched it out with the apple one. It’s fine to introduce new flavors but don’t take a way a fall classic!
