The bowls are inconsistent. There was an ingredient or two missing from the Açaí Superfood bowl - it tasted like a water downed version of what it should. It tasted like water and ice were used instead of Açaí and house made milk…. The consistency was off, it had the texture of an icey vs a Nekter fruit bowl…. I ate it because we weren’t going to drive back to have them correct it; however, I’ve encountered similar issues at this location - where the team doesn’t tell customers that they’re out of an ingredient and can’t make it to specifications so the customer can decide - they just make it with missing ingredients. This has happened with the pudding that goes in the immunity bowl. The speed might be fast, but if my bowls are made incorrectly, it doesn’t matter how fast or nice the staff is.

I ordered a smoothie bowl and was given a bowl of granola. I’m livid.

I usually have a really good experience. However this time I was very disappointed. The banana berry bowl hardly had any base and the consistency was very thin. The bowl was mostly granola.

Great but I always sub açaí for pitaya but it’s not always pitaya

My order was ready very quickly and made to perfection. Completely satisfied with my bowl.

It's important for your people to focus on the order, I ordered a bowl, and asked for the granola to be put on the side, this was not the case, sometimes the store needs more help, seems busy, I can see the stress in the employees but over all its good, my family keeps going back,

My order was processed in the app but when I arrived at the designated time, the girl said it was not received. I am now waiting for my bowl and will probably be late to work. I feel that every time I order it takes forever. I love the product but not the service. I will say that the attendant was helpful and got on it right away

Absolutely love! I enjoy they blend down additional ingredients (proteins, plant milks, etc) to the acai or pitaya base, which makes the bowl more rich and filling along with not melting. So yummy, I can't wait to go again!

The bowls are great and this is the reason I keep going back. The customer service could use help in the friendliness, greeting and even acknowledging customers. Workers seem bothered to even help. Very sad to see such unhappy workers.
