Only one employee working at the time. Did not greet or acknowledge customers. One person waiting on an order and two waiting to order including myself. I ended up ordering on the app after a few min of standing around. After my order was completed the employee asked in a cold tone if I was waiting for an order. I let her know my order and she placed it on the counter. No thank you or anything, and to top it off, my açaí bowl was runny.

Smoothies and bowls were excellent and made exactly how we ordered them. Staff was friendly upon pickup and order was ready right on schedule.

The acai bowl I got had very little flavor, very confused how this could be. I have never had an acai bowl that I had to throw away before. Great location and staff though.

I ordered ahead and then arrived a few minutes early and she was almost finished making my bowl. She was very friendly and my bowl was fresh and delicious!

Order was ready on time. I was expecting the açaí bowl to be smaller but was quite surprised at the portion size. Will be back and recommend to others.

Great service. The app makes it easy. I love the convenient location in Riverpark. The bowl I had was delicious!

The açaí tastes like water and has zero flavor. I will not return to Nektar.

My wife introduced me to your products because on my days off I would get her favorite almond butter bowel for lunch every day while she was at work. One week I counted we visited 5 times. On one of my visits one of your employees sugested that I should down load the app. and orderpay that way. He was very helpful, by the way he is the only male working at the store. I wish I could remember his name, he walked me through the ordering process and was very helpful. He should be given a raise. When I enter the store and he is working (he is always by himself) he is fast and consistant and he consistantly fills up my bowel with all the mix that is in the blender container, nothing is wasted down the drain. He gently taps the container at a 45' angle and he uses the thumping wand to get all mix out. His process should be a training video. Low product waste = Happy Customer. That is a win win. (7723 N. Blackstone Ave. 93720). The only negative I could say is that it involved your discontinued, "Buy one and get the second at 1/2 price on Fridays." The person taking our order was new and in training and needed constant direction. In the end our bowls were half full and sad.

Service was fine however, I was told I would get a free smoothie with a purchase of a bowl and I did not receive it.

There was mistakes on my order. I ordered the vampire bowl, the pumpkin protein pop, as well as the peanut butter protein pops. I received one order of the chocolate protein pops. How do I get this resolved?
