I order quite often from this location via the nektar app. There's a lady that works there who has helped me on multiple occasions, not sure what her name is and she does not give very good customer service. There has been 3 times (including today 10/14) where she has "forgotten" to put certain ingredients I have asked and paid for in my bowl. This time it was coca nibs and chia seeds, I asked her for them and she was like "oh yeah we have those" so why wasn't it included in my order? It seems to only be a problem with her, other associates have done great and have had no problem.

It helped that I ordered while it was slow. There was only one person in the business when I went to pick up my order. The order was ready; presentation was beautiful. My acai bowl was fulfilling.

I placed an online order @ 6:58pm order and payment were confirmed. The door was locked when l arrived and the employee came to the door and requested that I cancel my order stating that she was no longer able to fulfill my order because all the blenders were dirty and such. After going back and forth with the gal she then asked for me to cancel my order. After attempting to cancel my order per her request which was unsuccessful she decided to go ahead and make my bowl. Very disappointed and unpleasant experience
