Well I love Nekter so fresh and healthy! I just wish they had more locations because this location seems to always be randomly closed !

Never open during stated hours. And somehow if they’re open, there is no ability to order online because they’re out of fruit.

Staff unfriendly.

This store is often out of ingredients..

Please update your hours on Google and at your store front location on Eastern. They all indicate you are open Saturday when that seems to be incorrect.

The açaí bowls are so good you just never know when they are going to be open and if they are open they may not have the ingredients to make them 😩😩😩

Traveling through the area and this place looked pretty good online. Showed up and waited a half hour and doors were still locked, no sign of anybody inside. From the reviews it looks like I’m not the first person with this problem. Looks like this company doesn’t want to make money or employs unreliable people. OPEN WHEN YOUR HOURS SAY YOU SHOULD BE OPEN.

Very welcoming, after 2 visits they recognized my name and face.

I waited for over 25 minutes and had to leave without my food. Only one person managed the counter and also made the food, an impossible task.

The business hour’s isn’t true, is close Why????, is a really good business, but the only persone that works hard is the Hispanic lady, the manager is unfriendly in bad mood always.

This is the second I have gone in this establishment and they immediately tell me we don’t have any ingredients to make the smoothies. The lady didn’t even give me a chance to say what I wanted. I have gone at different times of the day and still the same answer. The service is awful. It really makes you not want to spend your money there. Please do better.

THEY ARE NEVER OPEN
