The associate who helped us on Saturday was wonderful! She was able to fulfill our very large catering order on a timely basis and with an amazing attitude. The bowls were perfect. Thanks to her for making my daughter's party a success.

I really enjoy this juice bar, but I noticed an unethical practice this morning during my pickup. It's not fair to staff who start at 8:30 am to make orders that should be ready by 8:30 am. Please compensate your staff to work ahead of pickup times.

This location is hands-down the best. The Manager and her two employees always give me great service, beautiful smiles, and consistency in my order.
I think one of the ladies names is Shay. My favorite is the Almond butter bowl with chocolate drizzle.

I cannot say fully express how excellent the young lady is who has taken my orders my first 3 visits to the Eastern Ave store (on 3 consecutive weekends!). I hate that I forgot her name. If it helps, I was just there today, 4/13/25, and my pick up time was 3:10. Words do not do our experience with her any justice. She exemplifies what customer service should be. She was patient on our first visit to that location, and explained the ingredients and options thoroughly. She always has a smile on her face, and has such a beautiful spirit. It is a joy to see her each visit.
As for the açaí bowl itself, it is a delicious treat. Aside from the 100 g of carbs, I would choose this over any other sweet treat every time! Our acai bowls look like a work of art! The presentation of the bowls is one of the rare times that a dish actually look like what is pictured in advertisements.
Excellent food, beyond excellent service: Nekter is now my favorite shop for a delicious, albeit healthier treat.

I ordered a mango base bowl and was given the banana berry bowl. I contacted the store and was informed that the mango base is the the same as the mango bowl but I just purchased one 2 days before. Before and it tasted totally different and was a different color.

I ordered an açaí bowl. They were out of most ingredients. The blueberries were frozen solid and the pineapple was diced and canned. Really poor quality. Staff were friendly though
