I need the manager information because the Spanish lady they have working is really a bad representative for the business she is beyond rude ! Despite this place always not being stocked or keeping a truck shipment date I think the customer service with that one lady makes things 10000 %more terrible ! Like seriously
I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s really gone downhill. The short foreign lady is definitely a smart ass but I think the owners have given up on this store and she’s stressed. There’s almost never anything in stock with no plans to restock, I wouldn’t be surprised if they closed for good very soon.
Every time I order this one lady never gets it right I order a drink she gave me bananas that I didn’t ask for and I’m allergic. My boyfriend ordered online and they didn’t have what he wanted but charged him for it and didn’t give a refund.
I didn't get the lady name, but she was very rude.(short, older lady with glasses) Maybe Spanish speaking) She didn't greet me coming in the door. She had an attitude for no reason while taking my order. I told her what I wanted and she said she couldn't make it or substitute any ingredients. She was slamming things around! She handed me my protein drink with it dripping down the side of the cup. It was very watery and sloppy. Didn't ofer napkins she put it on the counter and walked away! Don't go here!
Apparently, the people that work here just ignore you after walking through the door a just leave you standing there looking stupid without saying a word. They knew I was there because the door SLAMS shut when you go in.

The associate who helped us on Saturday was wonderful! She was able to fulfill our very large catering order on a timely basis and with an amazing attitude. The bowls were perfect. Thanks to her for making my daughter's party a success.

I haven’t even got my drink yet but I just have to leave a review asap. I usually go to pure raw but I decided to give Nekter a chance. And hands down, I’m not a fan of the customer service and that’s huge for me. If I’m going to pay almost $15 for a drink I need better service. And the lady didn’t seem knowledgeable about the ingredients which is super important. Yea, I think I’ll continue to take my money elsewhere. By the way, this is the Eastern Ave location, so this is not to say every location is the same
