Very good. There have been times I have been to this location and the service was good, just not very friendly. The person who waited on me today was great and very friendly.

It was ok but I had a time I didn’t get the help I needed to scan my phone the cashier seemed a bit rushed and not wanting to help me with it so I didn’t receive me points that day.

I really enjoy this juice bar, but I noticed an unethical practice this morning during my pickup. It's not fair to staff who start at 8:30 am to make orders that should be ready by 8:30 am. Please compensate your staff to work ahead of pickup times. Great acai bowl!

This location is hands-down the best. The Manager and her two employees always give me great service, beautiful smiles, and consistency in my order. I think one of the ladies names is Shay. My favorite is the Almond butter bowl with chocolate drizzle.

You almost always when I go in have the same incredible young woman making my orders. She exceeds customer service, engages me by name, acknowledges when I try new things or mix up my orders. She always greets with a warm geniune smile, like sunshine on difficult days. She is one to keep! The order was made just as I asked for it. One idea, if they can make the app so that if someone wants gluten free granola they can order it in advance, that would help a LOT! Love having Nekter near Hopkins. Rough medical day? Time for a healthy treat! Glad you opened in the Bayview area. I WILL be back!
