Customer service needs work but the product was fantastic. One of the best bowls I’ve ever had.

Best açaí bowl in town!

The bowl was not the same as the last time I ordered

The bowls and smoothies are always delicious and filling! The store is always clean. Service is wonderful. Ms. Gladys has even called me on occasion to clarify an order or let me know if a modification was needed, etc. I love ordering ahead! Orders are kept nice and cold until ready for pickup.

The place is no open I don’t get the bowl , and I paid for that

The açaí bowls are so good you just never know when they are going to be open and if they are open they may not have the ingredients to make them 😩😩😩

Love the Bowls with me being a regular customer and come like 4/7days I would love to be recognized by all employees! I order the same thing each time

I must admit that I'm not sure if it's due to the Amazing customer service or the bowls that my wife and I simply love, that has us going daily.... Then again, it may be the juice. Lol anyways, see ya tomorrow Nektar! P.s. The Raspberry bowl is a MUST

I ordered my bowls online and the lady that speaks Spanish always makes conversation and is just the sweetest. She’s always the one to make my bowls and they never disappoint- give her a raise please !!

i’m not going back, this isn’t the first time they mess up or don’t have any attitude while doing my order. i got a bowl and i got home and realized the strawberry, pineapple and banana were bad. She had an attitude while doing my order and gave me spoil fruits. not going back to the place & it’s the “ manager” that made my order, how you a manager but always have an attitude & giving me spoil fruits

Bowls are good but the African American lady who took my order on Feb 8th 12pm has a disgusting attitude. Plus she was leaned over the counter on her phone while on the clock.

I enjoy and look forward to my açai bowl. My order this time was late and incorrect. I had an appointment so it was an inconvenience.

I get the bowls from here especially Acai bowls always good and the service is always good.

Great service and great bowls! I ordered for delivery, but my special requests (extra granola, no bananas l, etc.) were accommodated. I live in the White Marsh, MD area and would love a location closer to my home. Would visit so much more.
