The food is always well prepared and delicious but the customer service could be improved.

This store never has any consistent hours. Sometimes it’s open, sometimes it’s closed. You never know. This place needs better management and/or employees

They could be a little nicer& service is a little slow, think they are under staff

made an online order for delivery and got confirmation of it. driver calls me saying the doors are locked and no one inside. we both tried calling and no answer. ordered at 3pm when they close at 6. not happy

Had a good experience was in and out order was ready and always get my extra agave cup

Love the Bowls with me being a regular customer and come like 4/7days I would love to be recognized by all employees! I order the same thing each time

I like the products but there is only one person up front and she has limited english.

The staff know me by name and have my orders ready when I arrive.

This is my first time ordering from Nekter juice bar and I have to say that it was a great experience. My order was made to perfect. In addition, their customer service and atmosphere was amazing.

Door was locked! Says they are open but no one came to the door

The business hours for Saturday and Sunday at Bayview location need to be adjusted it says that you are open from 9am to 5pm but I have came the last 2 weekends and it’s no one there. It’s very disappointing. It’s 12:57pm and the doors are locked.

Staff are prompt with orders and friendly. A few tables and chairs inside in a relaxed environment. I got the PB Health Nut smoothie with vegan protein powder, and a Strawberry Banana smoothie with whey protein powder for my husband. Soo delicious. The combo of the dates banana and peanut butter in the Health Nut just make it amazing.
