Order was wrong . I ordered to have vanilla whey protein and agave in my bowl and neither were put in . It was a mobile order made for pick up so didn’t realize it until I got home .

Ordered online ahead! Order was ready for the 3 bowls on arrival and they added my extra blue vanilla cashew drizzle that I LOVE. I always pay extra to get double and in the past ( but not at your location), they forget to add it since it’s already included with the bowl I order. I am SO excited that you brought the raspberry bowl back, which is why I’ve been coming more now! My husband and daughters love Nekter too! Friendly staff and clean store. Thanks!

I went to the Dove Valley location twice this weekend and both times were good! I was happy with my orders — açaí bowl one day and green juice and chia seed pudding the other day. The açaí bowl was missing the cacoa nibs on top but didn't impact the overall bowl, this happens occasionally when I mark no drizzle on my order and I only notice once I'm home. The green juice was great because it actually had the extra ginger flavor that I marked on my order (a lot of the times I select that option on my app and it doesn't taste like any ginger was added). My feedback would be 1. Have employees work toward consistency with orders especially now that you can order custom bowls 2. Employees could be friendlier and more welcoming 3. Pricing could be more affordable.

Bowls were great and were prepared quickly. Staff was friendly upon pick up.

I love the açaí bowl Nékter always fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. It makes me feel good after enjoy a bowl or smoothie here.

Quick service and delicious smoothie bowls.

Service is great but the portion size has definitely shrunk over the last year. Now when I get a bowl it’s about half to two-thirds full - never at the top like they used to be. Same goes for the smoothies.

Bowls and smoothies always taste great. Staff service is sometimes unwelcoming or unfriendly.

I preordered. It gave me a 10 minute time frame. I was there within 10 minutes but when I got home, literally 2 minutes away, my acai bowl was super soupy. They gave it to me from the freezer case. Not what I was expecting ☹️
