I always order online, so don't really interact much at the store to rate the service necessarily. But my bowls are always ready when promised and always delicious. The store is always clean. The staff is always busy. All the things I like to see in a good restaurant! :)

The almond butter bowl had a bit too much almond butter as the scoops on the top. Maybe do more of like an almond butter, drizzle than two scoops of the almond butter.

Foods always great. But they only give one strawberry on a whole bowl. How is a handfull of pineapple and half a banana equivalent to one small strawberry? And they have started giving a lot less in a bowl. Last ti.e.i.went in the bowl was only half filled. Im going to start making my own at home i think.The service is a little spotty but nothing rude. Just could be a little more welcoming.
My bowl was only half full. Come in in here alot and the food is always really fresh and good, but why only 1 strawberry in a bowl? How is a handful of pineapple and half a banana equivalent for one small strawberry? Stop using it for presentation and give your customers what they paid for.

My experience at this location was great! And it was my first time there. I ordered ahead on the app, and everything was ready when I got there; the girl almost forgot my electrolyte water, but I reminded her, and she was glad to grab that for me! I love Nekter! I got the dragonfruit bowl with some mods and by god was it delicious!
Love their smoothies and bowl, it's just a little pricey.

Love the menu, however, would like the option to top the bowls with some items but app just allowed requests to mix in some items.

Since this location has opened -it is by far the best Nekter. Always the best bowls and smoothies filled to the brim and with attention to detail. I will drive out of my way to order from this location. Keep up the great work!

LOVED IT! My son asked me what I wanted for lunch. I told him that during the really hot days of summer, I crave cold fruit. He brought me here and it's EXACTLY what I had in mind. I think I got an Acai Strawberry Banana Bowl. It was like a thick acai fruit smoothie in a bowl, topped with slices of banana, blueberries, strawberries, and granola. Filled me up without being too heavy. Didn't have to wait long, place was clean, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Great service. The #1 reason I’ve been there 4 times in last month is because you brought back the raspberry bowl!! It’s THE BEST!!! Love it with extra blue cashew drizzle. Ordered ahead pretty close to store and was expecting to wait when I arrived but it was all ready! Friendly staff. Thank you!!
