I ordered two açaí bowl on 10/9th, store was closed upon arrival due to store changed of store hours (although didn’t say in their websites). No refund made despite communicating with staff.

I've drank dozens of PB & AB Mocha & todays AB was equal to the best [or the best] ever. Completely blended [I dislike banana lumps] balanced flavor of chocolate, vanilla protein, banana & nut & proper thickness. I dislike runny smoothies that I have been served at other locations for example Crocker Nektar. Keep up the quality. Thank you.

Your store service is very good. Generally, I wish you would blend the smoothies a bit longer - usually [including today] the banana in PB Mocha is not fully blended.
