I placed an online order 10 minutes before I went into the store and then when I went inside they told me they were still working on it. Totally understandable, but then it took another 20 minutes and I saw people who walked in after me who got their items before me. It wasn’t until I asked that they pulled it out the freezer, already ready. They had just forgotten about it. I didn’t have a great experience but the bowls were good
