I ordered a 16oz smoothie on the app, went into pick it up. Coincidentally there was another Steven that placed an online order as well. The staff gave me two drinks and I told her I only ordered two drinks. She quickly apologized and made my drink and instead of making it a 16oz she upgraded it to a 24oz. The drink I ordered was Up Beet, and it definitely was up beat. ,😉
My pre-order online was not ready when I arrived. Drink was made wrong.
