I love Nekter. The employees work really hard to keep up with the orders. I can’t imagine how hard it is to balance both online and in person orders on top of having to navigate through and any mistakes/problems and having to deal with misdirected emotions from impatient customers. I never expect my order to be ready by the estimated time because I know they always have so many incoming orders. They deserve everyone’s kindness because they are doing their best.

Often times the customer service is great. Welcomed with a smile. There were a few times that I requested and paid for extra peanut butter but didn’t taste much of it. Or ordered extra blueberries but it didn’t seem like it wasn’t added bc in the past you’d see the color difference. Bc of this I won’t be ordering as often as I have. The inconsistency.

The staff members today included a young woman who is everything a business wants portrayed to their customers. I know without a doubt when she’s working my customization will be done, and done well. I cannot say that for other staff. I’ve encountered quite a few issues with others, to the point I don’t risk customizations often (or unless I’m sure the attention to detail staff member is there).

Drinks are great. Service is lacking. One guy was taking the order another in the back, prepping, making drinks, etc. It is a small space. The people running this place need a crash course in fast food and running a restaurant/customer service. Either the man who took my order or the man who made my drink decided to not fill my cup and give part of my drink to someone else. He handed her a cup with my drink partially in it and then handed me mine not filled. He gave her my drink!! I have never experienced this. It was the golden latte. This all happened after the employees made the person’s drink who ordered after us before ours as well. Might be subconscious racism, entitlement, I don’t know, but it was rude and made for an unpleasant experience.
