Please edit the app bc we. Ought the bundle and thought we would be getting four bowls and four smoothies but only got two bowls and four small smoothies. Was not clear that it would only be six items.

The Rolling Hills location is starting to turn into the old Santa Monica location (the one that shut down and had really bad reviews on Google Maps). The service at Rolling Hills is worse than it used to be. I’ve been coming to this Nekter location for many years, and my order ahead pickup used to be always ready during the time that was promised to me. Now, if I have places to be, I avoid getting breakfast at Nekter. This is the 4th time I’ve come pick up my smoothie during the time that the app said it would be ready and the workers still hadn’t even started preparing it, or were just beginning to work on it. Today, I arrived more than 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and my order was still not ready… Nobody acknowledged me even though I was first in line at the register for about 5 mins. Finally, someone acknowledged me and said they were still working on it. 10 mins later, they opened the fridge and realized my bowl was there all along… I think the manager needs to help with organization because there’s no system in place here. They’re not just sitting around — this location is understaffed. Please help them!! They’re clearly overwhelmed. :(

I created a mobile order 20 mins in advance and I still had to wait and state my order after arriving because it hadn’t been started. The smoothie itself wasn’t great because it was rushed

Everything is usually fresh and delicious. For some reason our PB chocolate protein smoothie was room temp - not really appetizing, especially on a hot day.
