Service and smoothie were great. I’d love to see new smoothies from time to time.

While the service was great, the smoothie was not. I order the mango smoothie often and this time I went the smoothie tasted watered down and lacked the mango flavor. I was already on the freeway, so didn't bother turning around.

Love the smoothies but there is no consistency. You’re at the mercy of whoever makes it. Last smoothie I ordered ingredients were missing. No one is unpleasant though.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this Nekter in Torrance! Thank you Adam and Matt for your legendary service! You guys rock and my smoothie is sooooo good! Looking forward to my next visit!

My smoothie was absolutely delicious. Delicious. The team member who helped me was so welcoming, thorough and nice.

Great experience today. We were greeted when arrived, even though juicer was busy. Our smoothies were delicious and we received them quickly.

There's always something we need to modify when e order a smoothie here. It's never been a problem tl customize what we need and the team has never gotten it wrong. Everyone is very helpful and kind.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and told my smoothie would be right out (I was actually a few minutes early, so I really appreciated that the employee did that when he really didn’t need to! Since again, I was early). I really appreciated the great customer service.

I was charged and selected to ADD coconut whipped cream and strawberries to my smoothie but neither of the two were added to my drink. I can email you photos but I don’t see a section to upload that here

Every time I’m there the employees are very nice and very efficient with both my uber eats delivery orders and my personal ones. I started going there because one day I had a pick up for uber eats. I got a little curious about the smoothies and the employee recommended that I should try one. I did and now I’m hooked. I really love this place now. Two thumbs up! 👍 👍

Seemed like they were understaffed. Just 1 girl working. She was making an order for a woman that was waiting. A guy walked in to help her, seemed like he was on his break. My smoothie was made by him so the girl could help at the register. It was made fast and not blended very well. P

I mobile ordered so it was ready on time. However the Watanabe had very little avocado and they were under done. I look forward to my $20 meal since I get a regular smoothie aswell and just disappointed it wasn’t great.

Smoothie was healthy not really flavorful

I really like your smoothies and the recent updates to the app have been GREAT. However, a lot of times when I come in there are not enough employees working to take care of all of the orders in a timely manner. They are doing their very best but today there was only one person working during the lunch hour. Please give your employees more help to improve the customer experience!
