My order was perfect, employee was super friendly and helpful. I have a great experience just wish the prices were so high on a smoothie or an açaí bowl

Placed online order, 1 smoothie, 1 toxin flush - extra lemon & extra ginger. The toxin flush was overlooked/ forgotten? After inquiring as to the status of drink , it was quickly made, although the taste was very bland. The extras were definitely overlooked. It is the inconsistency that keeps me away. I came home and juiced lemon & ginger to add

I like this place . The berry smoothie was good but the peanut chocolate was not good . It was too sweet . Overall I will try other drinks again. But I won’t be able to come often as it’s too expensive .

I created an account and bought an item in the app because you are given a free smoothie after your first purchase. I was planning on using that coupon to get a smoothie for my daughter when I got to the store. The cashier told me that the coupon would not show up for 24 hrs so I went ahead and bought the smoothie to give to my daughter. After I bought that drink and left to go across the parking lot to Sephora, I received the coupon for the free smoothie. Just frustrating that she told me it wouldnt arrive for 24 hrs and I ended up spending extra money for no reason. I'm just here visiting. I live in GA and there are no Nekters there so I more than likely wont have a chance to use the coupon.

The staff was not worried we were even in the establishment. No greeting, no nothing. Large water spill, looked like something was leaking. Approached staff member (cashier KJ) inquiring about promotion we seen, she had no clue what it was or what we were talking about. Didn't even show interest in finding out. Ordered via the app because we wanted to promotional deal. Once ordering via the app it sent an email saying we were eligible for the free drink, but when we clicked the link via the email. It took us back to the app.. and no coupon/ discount was available. Unclear, waste of time. Cashier K, was rude and unhelpful. Young lady making the smoothies was much nicer (Deanna) but she let us know she was new and didn't know much. Ask to speak with a manager, one wasn't on site; the cashier reached out to one via text and the manager advised we had to wait until after a 24hrs. No where on the flyer, app or email stated that. Annoyed. I order the Pitaya Passion Smoothies and added pineapple. Delicious, and it was pretty. My sister got berry something IT WAS TERRIBLE, terrible, I'm taking turn your face up scrunch your mouth bad. Definitely needed it remade or money back. They remade it and then made it SUPER SWEET, it was overwhelming. Over all experience TRASH. I will not be returning..

They did great and the smoothie tasted awesome. I ordered pick up and they had it waiting when I came by. Friendly staff.

First time using the app for ordering. Smoothie was made perfectly and was ready right on time. I was greeted with a bright smile and will definitely be back again.

This is a great juice bar with amazing service, I was met by a kind worker named Adam who ran me through the menu and told me his favorite smoothies. Great overall

The guy who made our smoothies yesterday was super nice and greeted us on the way in AND out! Just as an FYI, my PB healthnut smoothie had some pretty hard bits of almond in it. I was able to just spit them out but thought you'd like to know.

Great, but I ordered on the app and was surprised it would take 40 minutes for 5 smoothies

This location always does an amazing job. My smoothies are always ready when I get there.

I ordered two smoothies online and they were ready when I got there and the smoothies were fantastic I loved the peanut butter chocolate one and I added strawberries to it
