Their customers service is great. They call me by my first name when I come in…. Maybe because I order online after my workout everyday and it’s the same health nut protein smoothie 😁.
I definitely would hold them over Robeks. And Robeks was my go to for 5 plus years.

I used to go to Nektar in the SF Bay Area, but after a couple years the service dropped off so much that the smoothies were no longer good.
This Nektar has re-established my love for this brand. The crew here are usually very attentive, and they have been consistently great in their execution of our complex orders. (We usually have several substitution ls and additions for each of the base smoothies order.)

First time here and I strongly dislike it. Firstly, the fruits and other ingredients available is such a small selection. My drink was way too liquidy. I went home and made my own smoothie.

It was fast , friendly and convenient. For the first time In a long time the base of my smoothie bowl was decadent. Previous experience triggered me to stray away due to the exaggerated amount of ice that would be added into the smoothies/bowls. But not today!

Very rude service (the young girl), she should not be working there if she hates customers. Ordered an açaí bowl without granola and I got barely half a bowl. When asked why is it this small? Was told in a rude manner with rolling eyes that I asked without granola. I don’t expect to get a half bowl of plain granola when I order an açaí bowl for $10. I buy smoothies and açaí bowls almost daily. Would not recommend this place. Better going to Whole Foods next door.

I got the almond butter health smoothie and it didn’t really taste like anything. It was super icey and didn’t even taste like it had banana in it.

Two thumbs up. The person that waited on me was outstanding. I wish I knew her name. I had a very good experience and the smoothies were delicious. When I make a mango smoothie it’s a little stringy but the smoothie that I had from Nekter Was truly superb. Keep up the good work
