Always great service & smoothies are so good.

The only problem I have run into so far is not knowing if the add-ons have been added. When ordering my PB Health Nut I always add extra banana, date and cocao nibs. Sometimes I can tell these have been added and other times it tastes like nothing has been added. The smoothie is always tasty though and service is great! Just not sure I'm getting the add-ons I'm paying for. I'm wondering if there was a way to label the drinks with the add-ons so the person making the drink and end user know for sure they have what they ordered.

i am in love with the smoothies, i’ve been telling all my friends and family about nekter and how good it is! sometimes the app is confusing tho, not bad, just not very clear.

Normally very good smoothie. This visit, my smoothie wasn’t the same. I think whoever made it forgot one or more ingredients. If I had not been pressed for time, I would have asked for it to be remade.

I ordered a smoothie and I waited 45 minutes for it. It was melted and slushy. Not the best experience. Can't taste the elderberry add-on either. I used to order the Toxin Flush, but not anymore. The last few times, the taste was off, in a bad way. The ginger lemon shot seems weak. Missing the spicy bite of the ginger. Questionable freshness of the ingredients and the training of the staff.

My Smoothie was very good the fruits fresh and excellent attention, of course I would return back for more healthy smoothies

The smoothies this time were not as good as other times but I’ll still keep coming.

The order of one of the smoothies was totally wrong, didn’t have any of the “add” on’s I requested and no flavor or taste it was very bland.

The experience was fine. The staff were busy making other drinks and acknowledged me when I entered. They helped me as quickly as they could. I like mobile ordering. It would be nice if I didn't have to select no to a protein booster each time. The other options do not force me to choose and it's a wasted step and takes unnecessary time. It would also be nice for the Earth if you could figure out a way to use pulp instead of throwing it away. I asked and was told that some locations use it for compost. I know that pulp can be used in a variety of recipes and look forward to seeing what creative, tasty, healthy solutions your company introduces to the world. The juices and smoothies I've tasted are really good. I'm glad that I finally gave you a shot.

I order online right before I leave for work, drive down the street to the store and my smoothie is waiting for me. The staff is friendly and very polite, especially considering I get there a few minutes after opening and usually the first customer.
