The portion sizes seem to be way smaller but still the same price, was not satisfied with the attitude of the workers and the lack of care going into the açaí bowl

My problem is with your app and emails. I got an email that you were doing a buy one get one free promotion for Father’s Day. I went to the app to find it and there was no promotion code. Went to the store to ask if they would honor it, and they said they couldn’t. They said to order and then send a message to get it credited. So I sent a text and have had no response. Not the first time I have had problems with your app and it’s leading me to not go to Nekter. Would love a response on this. Your product and employees are great, your communication and app are subpar.

Our drinks were not as good as they’ve been in the past. Mine was supposed to be orange and was pink. My husband’s was peanut butter and he said it tasted bland.

Food was made to order. Delicious and the order ahead on the app is just a bonus at this point!!! I got my hubby & his friends into Nektar so yes I will be spreading the word. Its a bit pricey but what do you expect for healthier items!!!
