This used to my my go to place with always great service and good smoothies. Lately the quality has gone down horribly and the service as well. Definitely won’t be coming back

This place is great! Not only are the smoothies always great but the staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so kind! 10/10 recommend going here!

When we walked in to get our drinks the person did not greet us. After saying we had a pick up order we were handed our drinks and left. On our way home we realized one of our drink orders was wrong. An almond butter mocha smoothie was ordered, but we got an almond butter smoothie. After getting an incorrect drink and no greeting walking in, this was not an ideal experience and I probably wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Very good smoothies, not sure about whether they're organic or not. Staff was very nice. However, the inside was very cold even compared to the outset that was 40° that day.

Online ordered my smoothie and they couldn’t make one of them because they were out of strawberries and acai. Got raspberries instead but it didn’t taste as good

Quick service. Nice employee. Would not choose that specific smoothie again though.

Ordered a chocolate peanut butter and was given a pb health nut. When I was handed the smoothie, which was 10 minutes after the order ready time in the app, I politely informed them that this was not what I ordered. They told me that it was. I said that’s interesting, that’s not usually what the chocolate peanut butter looks like. They just stared at me. It feels strange to be a customer who knows the menu better than your own staff. There were 6+ people waiting in line and they were never acknowledged in the 7 minutes I was in there waiting. Also, it would be a little bit more professional if one of your employees wasn’t wearing a crop top with 10+ inches of her stomach showing and sweatpants. I’m a girl in my 20’s myself who wears similar clothes - but this just feels inappropriate for work attire?

Smoothies are always good, no complaints there. I was kind of confused when I arrived to pick up my order and it wasn't on the counter. I didn't realize that there was a cooler under the counter, so I just waited around for a while until someone talked to me.

Pbj smoothie tastes nothing like the bowl. Not good

Staff members were friendly, engaged, and helpful. I was impressed that my mango smoothie was already made and kept cold in the ice chest when arriving 5m early. My smoothie was delicious and fresh!

My smoothie was not very good. Tasted like blended ice with small chunks of peanut

The quality and consistency of this location seems to have gotten much worse. Specifically it seems like the younger staff produces very low quality items and often strays from the menu description. Today my smoothie is as liquid as milk, and there was one full inch empty in my cup, and there were many large chunks of dates that were not blended. Unfortunately I’m no longer confident in getting anything that meets quality standards at this location.
