Customer service is always great. Sometimes the consistency of flavor or texture of the smoothies/bowls varies e.g. sweetness, texture is more grainy sometimes.

We just had our first visit today and it won't be our last! Sydney along with the other staff were very sweet and easy to talk to. They had great suggestions when we asked. They were also very accommodating with our modifications to our smoothie bowls. And they have really yummy vegan ice cream. I am not vegan and I thought it was tasty. I highly recommend you give it a try!

I have been ordering the same exact smoothie a head of time for a pick up but the taste has not been consistent.

Smoothie was great, customer service was fine, not amazing, but definitely not okay or bad by any means. Like I said it was fine, good even, just not great like I experience at other stores.

Service was great! They were working on a big order so mine wasn’t ready when I got there but i didn’t wait too long! I tried the new two faced smoothie though and would not recommend….it had no flavor whatsoever. Sticking with my usual from now on!

I love the smoothies and juices from this store! Almost every time I have been in, there is only one person working in the front, which causes some delays in service. I had ordered ahead and it took 10 minutes past the scheduled time for my items to be ready. All staff has been very friendly and helpful every time I've been in!

I felt that the smoothie was not prepared at its best or maybe it was just too busy when they prepared it. Either way it was ok.

Visiting from out of state and was craving something fresh and healthy after so much travel, we tried a few smoothie/juice places and Nekter has been our favorite spot so far. I don't usually take the time to post reviews but the team was so above and beyond friendly and the bowl was SO tasty and refreshing I had to give them a shout out! Thank you to the ladies working the register for their suggestions, I didn't get their names - but shoutout you guys, lol!

Hi-I just recently discovered Nekter and am on a post surgery liquid diet. So I've been getting a PB Mocha smoothie almost every day. They are awesome! But today's tasted different than all the other days, and not in a good way. But otherwise Nekter and its staff are awesome!

Friendly staff, I usually order the same smoothie wherever I find a store. For some reason the one I got from this location was off. I looked at my online order several times to confirm ingredients. Not sure If something was added by mistake and they ignored it… The parking at this location was limited and crammed.

The temperature of the smoothie was lukewarm…
