Hi! I have been going to Nekter often since I found it, and I love it! The PB Mocha is my favorite, and the guys there are always friendly. Today, however, I ordered online since I was in a hurry, got my smoothie and left quickly. Once I tried the smoothie on the way to work I realized it wasn't the PB Mocha, since this one didn't have coffee on it (still very good, though, but I really needed the caffeine boost haha). So I think for future times, it'll be better if I place the order in person.

Everything about Nektar is always amazing. My frustration today is that I went to online order and there was no place to order any of the juices, like Toxin Flush or Celery Aide. I ended up choosing a tropical smoothie drink that had a good chunk of greens, but I was disappointed that all online offered were the cleanses. I was on a time crunch (which is NOT your problem at all), but thats what makes online so helpful! I can run in and run out. Had I known the juices were there, I would have worked out my own time management to get the drink I had preferred. Again, everything about your store is amazing and I will always return! Just wanted to bring to your attention the lack of Juices as option on the online. If this is normal protocol, my mistake!!! Thanks for being here. :) Lake O is lucky to have ya.

Smoothie was missing ingredients, did not taste good at all. They were busy.

Nekter LO’s smoothies are never consistent. I paid extra for Chia Seeds and didn’t receive them. Stuff like that happens a lot.

The smoothie was fine… until I sucked something through the straw that was this sticker paper 🧐😳

The pitaya passion smoothie was a little lacking flavor but the juice was delicious. Customer service was great!

Order was not ready when I ordered online. My smoothie was not made properly but I did not want to wait any longer. I used to be an almost daily customer but there always seems to be a mix up with my order so I've stopped coming (usually the online ordering system or out of items). The staff are ALWAYS friendly and apologetic when there has been a mix up but mix ups happen so often that I am eventually going to stop coming. I've gone from 4 or 5 times a week to 4 or 5 times a month and now, once every few weeks.

Everything was great but the smoothie. It was watery and liquidy. Not much a smoothie but a juice. I got an açaí smoothie.

I absolutely love the Nekter locations in Vancouver, and would go there all the time when I lived up there. I was so happy when I moved back to SE Portland, to know there was one in Lake Oswego! I'll be honest, I have wanted to give up on this location more than a few times...the first time I went here, meh...second...third...so on...the flavor and consistency of the smoothies and bowls has been sub par, didn't matter if I ordered online or in-person. I usually got a hankering for a smoothie in the late afternoon or early evening, and it just never seemed right. That is until this morning. The two younger ladies who were working this late morning (around 11:30am 5/16) were SO sweet and so nice, and on top of that...this is the smoothie I remember loving so much from Nekter in Vancouver. Please have them demonstrate to the rest of the staff how to make a smoothie, because this was delicious. Literally made my day!

Second time in a row that I've arrived 45 minutes before "closing at 5pm" to locked doors and staff shaking their heads at us saying that they're not taking any more orders for the day. Save your time and money, plenty of other juice/smoothie stores in the area with better service, pricing, and offerings.
