It was noted on the door that the computer system was down and online orders only. I did such but my order apparently never came through to the employee so after 20min of waiting, I finally asked status. I was already charged as I received a Nékter email order confirmation and bank confirmation. The employee was very kind and apologetic about the system error and quickly made my smoothie.

I absolutely love their açaí bowls, smoothies & juice options. Serving size of açaí bowls is great for the price. Staff is attentive and kind. The WiFi in the space is poor but a good reminder to just be present and anticipate something good is on its way.
I always enjoy getting my smoothies from Nektar. They are efficient whether I order ahead and pick up or order when I get there. They are consistently delicious.

I always have a great experience when I go in. Staff is kind and quickly takes orders, smoothies and bowls come out in a timely manner considering the craft and quality put in to each drink, juice and bowl. I love stopping at Nékter, it feels like a decadent treat but it’s good for you!
