Acqai superfood bowl had no apples, gogi berries or hemp per menu.
Tough to pay 12.29 when the Acai is not much and toppings missing.

The quality and consistency of this location seems to have gotten much worse. Specifically it seems like the younger staff produces very low quality items and often strays from the menu description. Today my smoothie is as liquid as milk, and there was one full inch empty in my cup, and there were many large chunks of dates that were not blended. Unfortunately I’m no longer confident in getting anything that meets quality standards at this location.

Customer service is always great. Sometimes the consistency of flavor or texture of the smoothies/bowls varies e.g. sweetness, texture is more grainy sometimes.

Employees seem to need more help. Only 2 of them working and a line basically out the door with people waiting. They handled it extremely well, just maybe need another person on staff to ease their workload.

We just had our first visit today and it won't be our last! Sydney along with the other staff were very sweet and easy to talk to. They had great suggestions when we asked. They were also very accommodating with our modifications to our smoothie bowls. And they have really yummy vegan ice cream. I am not vegan and I thought it was tasty. I highly recommend you give it a try!

Online orders are always ready on time. Menu options and customizations are great. Sometimes the flavor varies though depending on who makes it which makes it hit or miss at times
