I unfortunately had to wait 45 minutes even after ordering ahead. The one worker was great but he didn’t have any help and there were numerous order. The bowl and drink was fantastic, but I can’t afford to take that long of breaks from work. That’s why I always try to order ahead.

I always order for pick up so I don't have to wait and today I'm still sitting waiting after 20 minutes the worker is great he is all alone though and has no help I don't blame him but put someone else on shift with him! And my juice taste different every time I order it so what is up with that

Ordered via the app for a certain pick up time. Waited by the pick up counter at our scheduled time and ended up waiting about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us until my husband asked if our order was ready. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt as they were pretty busy and short staffed, but would have been nice if someone asked if we had been helped because it turns out our order was already ready and sitting in the fridge. They could use some assistance, maybe more staffing?

I ordered my cleanse and it was not available when I was supposed to pick up the last 2 days of my 3 day cleanse. I essentially wasted a day of cleansing because the store didn’t receive their delivery and I was never notified.

Staff members were friendly, engaged, and helpful. I was impressed that my mango smoothie was already made and kept cold in the ice chest when arriving 5m early. My smoothie was delicious and fresh!
