I really like the product. It would have been helpful if there was information provided with the cleanse (directions etc) and the bottles were numbered. I had to do web research to find those details.

The customer service was okay, but I was not informed when ordering a green juice that half of the vegetables were out of stock. It wasn't until I left with my order and came back I was informed there were items missing from the juice.
I then had to go back in a second time and ask for a future free drink in order to make up for the lack of taste and ingredients in my green drink.

Most of the time I order a bowl that includes upgraded peanut butter granola, but when a pick up my order it has the wrong granola and I’m told you are out of stock… I don’t think it’s fair that the order goes through for something you are out of..I wouldn’t order that if I knew you were out of it!

Smoothies are always good, no complaints there. I was kind of confused when I arrived to pick up my order and it wasn't on the counter. I didn't realize that there was a cooler under the counter, so I just waited around for a while until someone talked to me.
