My mobile order wasn’t started until I walked in. 3 minutes after planned pick up. Not a big deal but I would have liked for it to be completed

There seems to be some inconsistencies with the quality of preparation. Sometimes the quality is excellent, and other times like today it is sloppy and some some toppings are incorrect or completely missing.

This is the second time I have ordered a juice cleanse for pickup a few days in advance only to show up and them tell me they don’t have them in stock and do not know when they will be getting them in stock. I won’t be ordering one again.

Today was the second time I ordered the PBJ bowl and they put the wrong granola on it.
It says it should have PB granola!
Service was great! They were working on a big order so mine wasn’t ready when I got there but i didn’t wait too long! I tried the new two faced smoothie though and would not recommend….it had no flavor whatsoever. Sticking with my usual from now on!

I love the smoothies and juices from this store! Almost every time I have been in, there is only one person working in the front, which causes some delays in service. I had ordered ahead and it took 10 minutes past the scheduled time for my items to be ready. All staff has been very friendly and helpful every time I've been in!

I felt that the smoothie was not prepared at its best or maybe it was just too busy when they prepared it. Either way it was ok.

It seems like the weekend is super busy- and a mobile order still takes closer to 25/30 min. But the product is super good and healthy! Last few times I added peanut butter on the side it was missed. Thank you.
