When I try to explain in detail, it tells me my review is too long. But my cleanses couldn’t be picked up right away due to lack of product. They wanted me to come in three separate days to get the smoothie, one cleanse, and then the other cleanse. When I said, I wanted to pick them all up at once I was essentially told that I didn’t even need to be doing business with the store and was braided and called names until I was hung up on. I was called several more times with a ton of scheduling issues (for the store, not me) even though I was completely free all week besides one day, they made sure that was the time and place I had to pick up the order so my husband had to leave work early. I was repeatedly told that me ordering your cleanses was an inconvenience for staff. I only ordered 2 days…

Sydney is always so kind and friendly when I come in. I specially come to this location to see her and feel so welcomed by her. My smoothie was delicious and the entire staff is phenomenal!

We walked in at the expected pickup time. The two employees barely acknowledged us or other customers and it took a while to get their attention and ask about our order status. They appeared to be very behind and stressed. We waited an additional 15 minutes past our quoted order pickup time for two smoothies. Overall great product, but really slow delivery and a very tense atmosphere.

My bowl had been left sitting out apparently, so it was more like a lumpy smoothie than an actual bowl. Kind of hard to eat with a spoon!

Delicious and flavorful smooth smoothies, it’s just unfortunate how expensive they are and that they don’t even use organic produce.
I was disappointed with my smoothie. It just didn't have the same consitentence as it usually does. Every few times I've come into the store, I don't really get a very welcome or friendly vibe. Which is unfortunate because the drinks are usually so dang good.

Love bowls and smoothies there. App improved since first used it so I can make modifications so first time I ordered with it.
Need to add option for no agave in the bowl in addition to “light” option.

It took a couple of minutes to be acknowledged when I was standing by the pick-up counter to get my smoothie. No one was currently being checked out so I expected a little bit of faster service or at least would have liked someone to acknowledge that I was standing there and waiting to pick up my order.
