I ordered on the app. It was my first time. I was told it would take 15 minutes. I walk in 15 minutes later. The person working had not seen the ticket print. It was the only ticket on the machine that they tore it from. They harshly told me it would be done in a few minutes. It was made quickly but I ultimately waited ~20 minutes for my smoothie.

I love ordering on the app and having my smoothie ready and waiting for me. Great customer service and the smoothies are oh so yummy.

Great. Service was fast, I was acknowledged and helped right when I came in, and left with my mobile order moments after arriving. My smoothie tasted great and was well blended. I would try some other things but have been told on several occasions that certain ingredients were not available, which is understandable given supply chain issues. I may try a couple of your special bowl offerings in the future when things level out a bit. Smaller, one person or children’s bowl sizes would be a welcome addition.

No one acknowledged me for a few minutes, which isn't a big deal, but there was no one else in the store. Also, my smoothie was good, but I wish you guys had more flavors, and unflavored pea protein.

I loved the smoothie! It was my first time there, and it was so good. My only complaint would be that it was really hard to park/get to the building.

Much better smoothies than the one located on 13th in Eugene. The employees aren’t usually very friendly however.

I’ve been going to Nekter for a few years now and I LOVE their juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, everything. The prices are a little high but I don’t mind paying because that’s about the standard price for other places. However over the past few visits each time my experience is worse. I usually order ahead through their app and when I get there to pick it up, I have to try and get someone’s attention to help me. There’s usually around 5-6 people working (at least when I’ve been there) and they’re too busy talking to each other, with their backs turned, to greet any customers. It’s usually loud in there because of the blenders constantly going so it’s hard to get their attention by saying something. I’ve waited upwards of 10-15 minutes before someone finally asked me if I needed help. After waiting, they’re nothing but rude and act like you’ve inconvenienced them for coming in. I understand that working in any kind of food service/ customer service is stressful, especially during these times. But these employees hardly do the bare minimum, and I leave feeling like I wasn’t welcome in the first place. I recommend going to Vitality Bowls around the corner. Amazing employees, fantastic rewards system, and their smoothies and açaí bowls are consistently great! Plus they’re cheaper and have just as quality (if not better) ingredients.

I had the dragon fruit bowl, it was really good. The smoothie my brother had was not good at all, tasted like doggy. The girls behind the counter, the blonde one with big eyelashes was not excited to be there, and was rude when we told them they forgot a smoothie of ours.

The two ladies working there this morning were more interested in talking to each other (not about work) then making the order that was placed. They also forgot to give me a straw for my smoothie and utensils for my fruit bowl. My order ended up taking about 15 minutes and I was literally the only one there. Would not recommend going here if you are in any type of hurry. I was surprised to see that everyone else has had a great experience with the weekday staff on the reviews. Maybe it was an off day? The only reason that I didn't give them a one star was the fact that the smoothie and bowl were really good, but the service was terrible.
