I ordered the PB health nut. It tasted like ice water with a hint watery peanut butter. It was so gross I couldn’t even finish my “smoothie” if you can even call it that. Way over priced for the lack of quality. The girl was not using measurements and my husbands pink flamingo was very water downed also. I will not return nor recommend.
Berry banana burst is my go to smoothie; healthy, fast and delicious! Got their app, get great deals and reward points! It's my lunch on the days I get the opportunity to go, fills me up! Staff super friendly!
I’ve been going here for a year now and it’s my go-to health pick me up. The staff are wonderful and helpful. My first time coming here I was overwhelmed with options, when a young man at the register gave me a suggestion and it’s the only smoothie I ever get!
With all Vegan options , they come geared with smoothies, juices, health shots, and even ice cream!(;
Highly recommend this place. It’s a favorite and wish there were more locations around the globe
Wow!! Thia place is amazing!!! Everything is made with real ingredients!! Whole fruits and vegetables fresh juices fresh smoothies!!! I don't know if they are organic but they are definitely very good!!!
My daughter loves this place and the smoothies. Generally it's a nice place to visit. I'm not a huge fan on the price tag tho and I could get more for the buck elsewhere. If price is no issue, a place worth trying.
I had the exact same expierence as Cam White - really inconsistent quality on the Pink Flamingo, the first two were delicious but the third one was basically ice in a cup. I’m not going again until they make changes. Been going to tons of Nekter locations, at least 5 others, and this is the only one I’ve ever had this (or any) problem at. The manager refused to fix my expierence, gave me a dollar off which was pretty much a spit in the face for a $9 drink. He gave me the exact same “we’re only human” spiel and he even added that the Pink Flamingo was “pretty hard to mess up”; I thought maybe mine was a one-off expierence, but clearly based on the reviews, they’re managing to mess up an “easy drink” consistently. Totally unacceptable for a 9$ drink, I feel like I’ve been robbed. Sorry but this is the real world, and your staff being human is not an acceptable excuse for my 9 dollars going down the drain. I’d advise you to avoid this place unless you like being randomly disappointed by people who refuse to fix the problem. I’m really sad too because Nekter was my favorite place to grab a smoothie in multiple other cities :(
Beyond disappointing I order smoothies and bowls about twice a week. The reason im giving 2 stars it because I truly enjoy the smoothies & bowls. However, on 3/1 i was served this bowl that was not even half way full. I dont understand why you sell a bowl for almost $9 and this is all i get. That being said this was the only time I had experience this usually the bowl is full. I did not complain because I was in a hurry and didn't want to deal with it. If you're going to charge someone full price you should give them exactly what they pay for.
Consistency needs to be taken seriously here. You can’t sell people pricy smoothies and not deliver consistency. If you have employees who don’t care about consistency, retrain them or fire them.
I had the Pink Flamingo one day and it tasted amazing! So, then, how is it possible that the very next day it tasted terrible and diluted? The first flavor note I was hit with was water/ice, then offensively subtle notes of fruit. The smoothie tasted like the Pink Flamingo’s sad, diluted, diet version cousin.
The employee who made my smoothie the second day wasn’t using measurements, was distracted, and overall did not put an iota of care into making my drink. When I called to complain to the manager he seemed just as careless and essentially gave me the whole, “perhaps it’s your fault; we’re only human; don’t expect the ingredients to taste the same, blah blah” spiel. Uh. I’m not trying to hear any of that when the employee who made my smoothie (1) didn’t use measurements and (2) didn’t seem like she cared and (3) Nekter is supposed to be high-end and (4) your products are pricy. I asked if I could basically have my next Pink Flamingo on them, he told me no. So, expect inconsistency and lack of care/accountability and money wasted. I guess this is how Oregon gets down. As a New Yorker, this type of thing would never fly there.
Visited this juice bar with my family for some smoothies. Ordered
1) 10 oz kids strawberry/banana
1) 16 oz “small” strawberry/banana
1) 20 oz medium strawberry/banana w/protein
1) 16 oz “small” orange citrus
Total was $27... “not including tip”...
Prices are not displayed anywhere before ordering! I am assuming because if you knew they were going to charge almost $7 for (1) small smoothie, most would turn around and leave....
Leaving 1 star because not only do I feel ripped off, the smoothies were inconsistent, and were more like milkshakes then smoothies..
