A very nice thing I could do for my son who is sick in Eugene and I live in California. He is sick and can't eat, so the smoothies were great!

You guys are great! Always efficient, cheerful and polite. I did remark on the app review that the new strawberry protein smoothie I ordered today was coyingly sweet. Did not expect that.

The person making my smoothie didn’t make it according to the way I ordered it, they missed ingredients that I ordered.

Super disappointed in Nekter Smoothies. Nothing I experienced was positive except the online ordering. I ordered online ahead of time as I would be traveling through that area on my way north. Parking at this location was horrible. My smoothie was ready when I got there but the counter girl seemed annoyed at serving me. The smoothie was the worst thing I ever tasted. Had a horrible stale after taste. I took a few sips and threw it out. I didn't want to get sick. I received an email asking how my experience with Nektar was and I replied stating how I was not happy. Sydney said she would follow-up with me to find out what the problem was. Six days later, no contact. She only wanted feedback if it was positive. Definitely lacking customer service! I'll take my business to Jamba Juice!

I used to come here often over the years, i feel as though the quality has gone down since the second shop has opened on campus. I haven’t tried the one on campus but might as the one at Oakway seems to be hit or miss lately, but still one of the best smoothie places in town!

The smoothie I ordered was not blended - there were large chunks of fruit frozen in the middle - that made up about 1/2 of the smoothie - and medium sized chunks. The service was quick but didn’t matter as it was done terribly.

Perfect! I ordered on the app! Walked in and they were just finishing my smoothie! Quick service and very friendly!

No issue with the staff or their ability to make my smoothie quickly, efficiently, and 100% correct, however the issue was my mobile order not going through. I got the confirmation email and was able to show the staff and they got right on it. Not sure where the issue was but glad the staff were able to get things straightened out.
