Great service and great smoothies! A little on the pricier side but good quality

The smoothies were delicious! Just the right sweetness.

Your staff was excellent. They had my smoothie on time for me before work. What was not excellent was right as I went in to work, I dropped it and it exploded everywhere! Not your fault, just made for a bad start to the morning!

I was in this weekend picking up a mobile order and there were about four girls working. My smoothie's lid wasn't letting me put the straw in the opening as it seemed it was a faulty lid. When I tried a little harder, my cup collapsed on the counter and my drink went everywhere. The staff said 'oh this happens sometimes'. Embarrassed, I asked for a rag to clean up and I was assisted momentarily before they went back to making the other orders. The cup at that point was broken and I asked if they could help me out and she said 'I'll get you another' assuming she meant make me another drink since most of the drink was on the counter and my phone but instead she poured what was remaining in another cup. The cup was just over half filled. I didn't want to cause a fuss and ask her to make another drink, but I think training on customer service and perhaps offering to make the customer another drink would have been a better experience for your customers.

Smoothies taste great but nekter worker’s interaction has been sub-par on a few occasions.

Consistency with smoothies seems to be all over the place. Staff is normally friendly. Place is normally clean.

CORRECTION: I wish you used organic ingredients. Sometimes the banana isn't blended well. Also, I sometimes wonder if the person making my smoothie reads that I request NO agave. Today's smoothie tasted sweeter than normal for some reason. Thank you! :)

I usually like Nekter but lately the bowls have been really thin, have too much granola and are only half full of smoothie bowl. Not sure what’s going on but hopeful it’ll get better!

Today great! My last order was ordered in the restaurant, my name was never called and finally after 3 people behind me were served, I asked about mine and it had been sitting on the counter out of my eye sight at the table and was significantly thawed by the time I drank the smoothie.
