It was great! I did the online ordering for the first time even though I was only 5 minutes away. When I arrived it was just being started which given the time was totally acceptable. Food was great! A little pricy but it good quality ingredients. I ordered the larger smoothie because I saw a $2 off but then when it came to checkout I couldn’t find the code so I was unable to use it.

Love the products they provide at Nekter. I've had both the smoothies and the bowls and all are excellent with fresh healthy ingredients.

The experience was great! Very easy to order online and immediately get my smoothie when I went there. Food was tasty too. It’s just slightly pricey and that’s why I didn’t give a full 10.

The system was down, so I had to download the app to submit an order and then it took the team 10+ minutes to make my smoothie. The order tickets appeared to be really disorganized. However, the woman who helped me was trying to provide good customer service in the face of technical difficulties and accommodated the patrons in the store as quickly as she could.

This location is the best in KC area. Smoothie always tastes great and the service is fast.

Usually, it is great, but the last few times there has been a bad taste of the bowls- the fruit and smoothie part. Like the machine wasn’t cleaned out and other flavors were mixed in. I couldn’t finish the last one as the taste was too strong and so I had to throw away unfortunately!

We got the Açaí Mango Bowl & Tropical Cooler. The bowl had the consistency of a smoothie which I didn’t love, I like my bowls a little thicker for my spoon. Toppings were great, they hand cut them each time. Very fresh! The smoothie was more spinach and kale than fruit tasting which we didn’t expect but was fine. I did also love how big the bowls are, your contents aren’t spilling out.

Wow! I’ve never had such a good experience at Nectar before. The two employees Cami and Lillie made me the best smoothie ever. They were so kind with excellent hospitality. Everyone should come to this Nectar, they really care about their customers!

only complaint is smoothies are not consistent—sometimes perfect and then sometimes no sweetness, no flavor. We order several times a week and were on the verge of no longer ordering because we had a stretch of 4 or 5 times where they weren’t made right (and several times in between good orders they wouldn’t be made the same way). Love the girls that work there—just suggest a little quality control in recipes!

Excellent. Easy online order. Very quick. Friendly and proactive staff. And of course the smoothies are incredible.
