I love the smoothies unforunately I placed a door dash order and only received half of my order. When I contacted the business to receive the rest of my order, a smoothie and gineger shot that I was happy to pick up despite the error, the business asked me to contact DoorDash to make me whole. I received back 1/4 of a refund from DoorDash. I'm leaving this review as accuracy was an issue with my order from this business and I lost money on items I didnt receive. The business did not offer any solution in which I find inadequate for a mess up on their end.

It was a little disorganized. Ordered online and showed up after the time stated and our smoothies had not been started. My husband mentioned his smoothie wasn’t very well blended.

I took out the banana in the AB Nut and wish I had not, it was not really smooth, it was watery/chunky. Is there another way to add something to thicken this like a smoothie that may taste better if I can't do banana?

Even though there seem to be enough employees, most are always in the back room and smoothies take a while to make, so always a wait. I thought I would order ahead online to avoid this, but when I arrived I still waited in line to let someone know I called in an order.....an order that hadn't even been started. I was there at the pickup time given online. Wasn't planning on coming back, but since you sent me a survey, I thought I would respond.

Sorry but $19.00 was waste of money if the smoothie has fruit it should at least have some taste but this was so blaaaaand I did not even know what I was drinking :/

Thanks for being so understanding when I came to pickup my order crying about my grandma in hospice. It was definitely not my smoothie, my smoothie was perfect and gave me a natural boost of energy to get through my day! Sorry, and thanks again! Blessings 🙏🏾
