The smoothies are good, they just are never ready on time. Always waiting despite preorder

For a 15$ overpriced smoothie bowl, I would expect better customer service. I waited 20+ minutes despite it being empty, and the girl handed me my bowl covered in sticky syrup as it overflowed! She didn’t care to wipe it off or offer anything… just said sorry it’s messy?

I show up 3 minutes after the ready time and I’m still waiting. They haven’t even started making my 2 smoothies yet and I ordered 25 minutes ago. These girls are simply dilly dallying and clearly have no sense of urgency. One girl is just wearing her hair down helping make the smoothies which is against health code. Another girl is also with her hair down but talking to another girl while she makes someone’s drinks. 5 employees here and they’re very far behind and haven’t even apologized. Zero sense of urgency. A real shame

I usually love everything I get from Nekter and have no issues. Today I got a cold brew smoothie and it tasted nothing like usual, just very bland and disappointing. I placed a pickup order and didn’t get a chance to try it until I got back home. I’d still recommend this place to my friends and come back but today’s experience wasn’t great unfortunately.

I love Nekter. I did not like my smoothie today. Something was left out- I think banana. I get this one all the time and it’s definitely lacking flavor today.
