Ordered 30 minutes in advance and order wasn't even started when I walked in at 9:07 am for a 9:04 confirmed pickup time. I am taking the bowls to a meeting which in now I may be late for.

Quick and so delicious!! I crave their Acai bowls.

The order completion time is always wildly off. It never fails. I showed up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, because it’s never ready on time. Not one single time. And it, of course, still wasn’t ready. I waited five more minutes, and the girl made something that looked like what I ordered. I tried to get her attention to ask if it was mine, but she just put it in the fridge and kept making bowls. Once she had made three more bowls and came back to the pick up counter, I asked if it was mine. Sure was. Would it have been so hard to call out a name to see if it was one of the five people standing there who were trying to get your attention? I understand being busy, but it’s not a one time thing. It’s an every time thing. You guys need to adjust your times at the bare minimum to correct expectations.

This is becoming an every day thing for me... Super friendly crew, super delicious juices, and those acai bowls are next level. If i go a day without my juice or acai bowl i go through withdrawals. Y'all are doing great! both locations i have visited are fantastic, keep it up!

Love y’all. I get a bowl here at least once or twice a wk. Occasionally, they’ll forget the extra banana and extra granola, but love it anyway.

The order was not ready at the specified time. The center of my bowl was a completely frozen through banana that had to thaw for 30 mins before I could eat it.
