My bowl was smaller /less filled than normal. The guy that works at this location is not very friendly and just threw my stuff up on the counter and walked off. No words at all. The girls at this location have always been great any time I’ve visited this location. Less than impressed this visit

I love this Nekter location! The staff and food is amazing, I have never had a better experience anywhere else! Go to nekter their acai bowls are to die for! You won’t regret it!!

Ordered through the app without issue, quality was perfect for the two bowls.

For the most part I love the açaí bowls from you guys. However, recently I made an order and the bowl was barley filled half way and it didn’t taste quite the same.

On time through the app. Employee was friendly and bowl tasted great!

Love the products they provide at Nekter. I've had both the smoothies and the bowls and all are excellent with fresh healthy ingredients.

I love the bowls - getting up the courage to try some juices or ginger shots.

When I picked up the bowl it was soupy. Was sitting out melting. Had to freeze it at home - another hour and still not frozen..

Let me start off by saying, I LOVE Nekter, however my last 2 bowls have been runny. Different crew each time, so not sure what’s going on. Hopefully they get it figured out. :)

My online order wasn’t ready at the stated time. However, the associate was friendly, apologetic, and kept me in the loop so I wasn’t wondering. They had a rush of orders at the same time and the associates were doing the best they could. Grace under pressure! My açaí bowls were exactly as advertised and delicious! This was my first time at Nekter. It I’ll be back.

Order was ready when I arrived but order was wrong. I requested no blueberries and there were. Also açaí was watery.

Bowls are delicious. The staff and attentiveness and timeliness could use work. I came in and no one was upfront, after about 30 seconds a worker came up. I had placed an online order ~15 min prior and the receipt was still sitting on the printer like they hadn’t even seen it come through.

Usually, it is great, but the last few times there has been a bad taste of the bowls- the fruit and smoothie part. Like the machine wasn’t cleaned out and other flavors were mixed in. I couldn’t finish the last one as the taste was too strong and so I had to throw away unfortunately!
