I love this place. Provide delicious bowls and smoothies that my wife and I enjoy very much

For a 15$ overpriced smoothie bowl, I would expect better customer service. I waited 20+ minutes despite it being empty, and the girl handed me my bowl covered in sticky syrup as it overflowed! She didn’t care to wipe it off or offer anything… just said sorry it’s messy?

I am only leaving three stars because the food was edible. Flavor is bland. Employees were rude, rushed, did a lackluster job of explaining promotional items. 5 people came in after us and received their more complicated orders first! My bowl sat for five to ten minutes before one of the employees tended to my order. Employee shamed me and my mother for not understanding coupon promotions and then proceeded to stall on our order. Will not be returning to this location again and I highly suggest others do the same.

Super quick! The smoothie bowl was fresh and delicious. I even got a free ginger shot from a promotion!

Great location, friendly staff, clean. Only suggestion would be for the company in general: if Nekter used more pure acai for their bowls rather than diluting a lot with other fruits.

I really like the Acai Banana Berry bowl - but today things were skimpy with the fruit!

I liked the berry/banana bowl better when you had coconut yogurt instead of the chia pudding.
