Delightful! Açaí bowl was fresh and ready 10 minutes before scheduled pick up time!

I went there and was the only one in the store. I ordered a bowl. I proceeded to wait while the only person that was helping yelled back into the back and asked if anyone would come help. Then, 6-8 people walked in over the course of the next 5-10 and made orders while the one person was still by herself. She yelled to the back again, "Anyone going to come and help up here?" I waited 20 minutes for a bowl. I was the first and only person that ordered when I first walked in there and then was the third person that received my order. Over 20 minutes! Not happy.

I was stopping by and grabbing a bowl and was had to wait 10+ minutes for someone to take my order. I could see a girl in the back sitting on her phone and when she finally saw me, she was making negative gestures that did not make me feel welcome. I asked for her name and she told me it was Lily Waynick. I hope that this employee will no longer work at this establishment.

Great pressed juices, smoothies and acai bowls! Order online so you can just walk in and pick up.

Love the bowls

I usually like Nekter but lately the bowls have been really thin, have too much granola and are only half full of smoothie bowl. Not sure what’s going on but hopeful it’ll get better!

Great bowls, great service

Great service and very good bowls

The acai bowls and tea were delicious. However, the young girls working seemed very disorganized. I ordered online for pickup. I showed up at the scheduled pickup time but the order wasn't ready until 15 minutes after that time. A few other customers experienced the same issue I did.

I really love your Açaí bowls however, this last visit my bowl wasn’t very enjoyable. The paste was more of a liquid consistency.

My new favorite place… Nekter yummy berry bowls! Love both the Corinth and Hawthorn Plaza locations You can order on line and it’s ready and waiting for you to run in and pick up!

Overall great. Ordered several bowls however they weren’t labeled so it took a while to figure out which one was which. 1 bowl was completely incorrect but still good. Appreciate that it was ready earlier than expected

Our order was ready in a timely manner and prepared exactly as expected. The only comment I would have is to make sure those that are working to make sure to have their hair properly tied back and out of range of making juices/bowls/etc.
