Placed my order online just to pick up a missing item and a bowl wrong. Give the store a call just to have some girl agrure over how my bowl was made. Once in the store I hear two coworkers arguing over how my bowl got messed. Needless to say I got my new bowl still made wrong!! What made it worse that girl on the phone tried to agrure a second time about her clear mistake.
Worst customer service, seriously what happened to owning your mistake and make it right for the customer. Seriously need to hire professional people.
Juice bar was great I love getting a celery juice however I used to get shots here all the time but now you pay the same for 1/3 of a shot not happy. Today I bought 2 shots and I payed about $6 for both shots and i put them both together to make a full shot. Total rip off! I also told the employee that handed me the shots if they only do half shots for the same price now and she just brushed me off. Won’t be buying shots anymore unless they can fill them up again

I was excited to go here after reading all the great reviews. I went there today and got an açaí bowl. I got the açaí peanut butter bowl. I was pretty disappointed. I didn’t see or taste any peanut butter. The flavor was pretty bland. Nothing like the Cali Bowl you can get from Yogurt Mill (which has peanut butter) or the bowls from Jamba Juice of the Costco food court, which all have a lot of flavor. I’ll stick to one of those three whenever the craving for an açaí bowl comes up.

There wasn't any friendly customer service, smoothie was gross and it tastes nothing like the description. I will not be going back to that Nektar location.
