I used to split my bowls in two however now I feel the tiny bowls used are low quality and don’t equal a regular bowl in spite of the $1.50 charge to split the bowl so I just get the regular single bowl. I can’t finish the entire bowl so I leave the half in the fridge and it usually goes bad within a few hours and I throw it away. It seems like such a waste after spending $11+ on it. Just disappointed in your new splitting the bowl process.

Overall, good experience. However, employees need to be asking customers to wear masks in the store. The sign outside says those without masks must wait outside, but I saw customers without masks wait inside. Masks are mandated by the county and the area to wait for drinks is small. So the store needs to be more diligent in their policies.

Excellent as always. I did feel bad about the amount that was left in the mixer that probably was wasted when it got washed. Just an idea but for a couple more bucks I would have purchased it too.

It took a while to be helped when I came in to pick up my mobile order. It was busy however I am in the service industry and I know the importance of a simple acknowledgement. A nice hi we will be right with you would have gone a long way. This visit was much better than my previous one when the blender broke. Please make sure your staff has the training and equipment they need to be successful.

My experience was wonderful! I did a mobile order. When I entered, I was acknowledged immediately. He got my smoothie and helped me get a straw. He was very friendly and had great energy.
