In the last 3 times I place my order
1-they did not have my item I place on the app replace with something I did not want.wasn’t given ANY options.
2- pick up order was NOT ready on time as stated on “pick up time”
3-my order was given to another customer.
I place my order on the app to avoid mistakes and a longer wait but I always end up getting set backs.

It appears their system doesn’t . Put in a online order, wasn’t ready. 4 people working and I still waited 15 minutes for 1-16oz drink.
They made everyone else’s, then prioritized mine line last. Just sucks when you take the time to put in an online order cause you’re in a time sensitive situation and they treat you like you’re the issue.

Nekter Juice Bar has a bounty of tempting and good-for-you drinks, parfaits, bowls, and more. Their mocha cold brew PB protein smoothie is delicious. They offer vegan and vegetarian options for most of their menu, which I so appreciate. I think I have found myself a new haunt.
Hello! This was my first time visiting Nektar (we don't have one in the Bay Area) and I WAS NOT disappointed! Everyone was super friendly and to top it off... it was DELICIOUS! I'm only sad that I didn't order a bigger size! I bought the one day cleanse home and have yet to try it.. but I can't wait. Thank you!
